With over a decade of experience as a neutral decision-maker and a background spanning legal practice in both federal and provincial sectors, she provides grounded, balanced support.
From 2015 to 2025, Allison served as a Vice-Chair at the Canada Industrial Relations Board, conducting hearings and mediations and rendering decisions, drawing on experience as a lawyer in labour, employment, human rights, and pension law before that.
Allison holds Bachelor of Science (Zoology) and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) degrees from the University of Toronto and earned her law degree from the University of Windsor.
She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.
